I have forgotten my login details what do I need to do?


If you have forgotten your login details simply click on the login icon in the right-hand corner.  Click on "forgot your password" and enter your email address.  You will then be sent a new password which you can use to login.

You may change your password once you have successfully logged in.


Do I need to sign up to access the discounts?

Yes, the exclusive offers are only available to members of World Privilege Plus. As a member of England Golf, you are able to join and become a member to access the discounts and offers for a reduced rate of £9.99 plus VAT for 12 months.

How much will I save with the membership?

I have forgotten my membership number, what can I do?

You can also use your email address to log in.

Please note, that your membership number for World Privilege Plus is NOT the same number as your membership number for the World Handicap System (WHS). Your World Privilege Plus membership number is sent to you in the welcome email.

If you have forgotten your password, please click on the forgotten password and a new password will be sent to you. please check your junk mail, the password will be case sensitive and will expire after 24 hours.

Please complete the Contact Us page and one of the World Privilege Plus team will get back to you within 3 working hours (Monday to Friday) and as soon as possible at weekends.

What details do I use to log in?

Please use your email address or membership number and the generated password that was sent to you when your account was created. If you no longer have the email with this password, please request a new one by clicking “Forgot your password?” on the login page.


A discount code or link isn't working, what can I do?

Message us via the Contact Us page with the name of the discount partner and the code or link that isn't working and we will get it fixed as soon as possible.


How do I renew my membership?

You will receive a notification advising that your World Privilege Plus membership is due for renewal and at what cost. To renew you can login into your account and click on renew. 

My membership has expired what do I need to do?

If your membership has expired and you are still a club member, you can renew at any time. If the reduced rate is still available through England Golf, you will be able to access this via the My England Golf web platform.

What happens if I move from my iGolf subscription into a Golf Club Membership?

You will have access to World Privilege Plus for a full 12 months from the point you purchase, you will be able to access your account via the iGolf portal. Please renew via the England Golf member benefits page once your membership expires.
